A couple of years ago I was a property preservation specialist for foreclosed bank owned homes.
I created a brief video of photos from two evictions we did. These were evictions that did not involve the people still living there. I did not include all photos but enough to get the idea. We would enter the property with a cop photograph personal belongings and their removal. We would then place personal belongings on the curb and have to return 2 days later and remove any items that were still on the curb. We also would do a complete damage report and bid to fix damages and bid to remove hazardous materials.
